Ummah Marketing Agency LLC ("UMA") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit ummah.agency or use our services. UMA is registered in Ajman Free Zone, UAE, and is a subsidiary of Ummah Media Group LLC (California, USA).

Analytics

We use Matomo, a self-hosted, privacy-first analytics platform hosted at analytics.ummahmediagroup.com on our own Hetzner servers in Germany (EU). Matomo is configured to:

  • Anonymize IP addresses
  • Respect Do Not Track browser settings
  • Not use third-party cookies
  • Not share data with any third party

No data is sent to Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking service.

Data Collection

Website visitors: We collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, referrer, device type) via Matomo. No personally identifiable information is collected through website analytics.

Clients: When you purchase services or fill out forms, we collect information you provide: name, email, organization name, campaign details. This information is used solely to deliver our services.

Payments: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.

Data Storage

Website and analytics data is hosted on Hetzner servers in Germany, subject to EU data protection laws (GDPR). Client data is stored securely and is not accessible to unauthorized parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Period. Client campaign data may be shared in anonymized, aggregated form for case studies only with the client's written consent.

Cookies

This website uses minimal first-party cookies for essential functionality only (e.g., form submissions). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required under our current configuration.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Calendly — Appointment scheduling
  • Tally.so — Form collection

Your Rights
