Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By engaging the services of Ummah Marketing Agency LLC ("UMA", "we", "us"), registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms of Service. UMA is a subsidiary of Ummah Media Group LLC, California, USA.
2. Services
UMA provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: advertising campaign management on the Muslim Ad Network, content creation, social media management, DeGoogle migration services, and market research. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon purchase via Stripe. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
4. Refund Policy
Ramadan Sprint packages: Pro-rated refund for unused campaign days if cancelled with 48 hours' written notice. Setup fees and creative development costs are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Monthly retainers: May be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds for the current billing period.
DeGoogle migrations: Non-refundable once migration work has commenced. Pre-migration cancellations receive a full refund minus any audit work completed.
5. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for: providing accurate campaign briefs and brand assets, timely communication and approvals, ensuring their products/services comply with applicable laws, and maintaining payment information.
6. Intellectual Property
Ad creatives and campaign materials produced by UMA are owned by the Client upon full payment. UMA retains the right to use anonymized campaign data and results for portfolio/case study purposes unless the Client explicitly objects in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
UMA's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the preceding 3 months. UMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ajman, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
